This product delivers exactly what I wanted. It connects to my mums home WiFi and sends me an alert on my phone whenever the button is pressed.Ideally I would have preferred it to be a little less bulky so that my mother could more easily wear it continuously as a pendant or bracelet.It comes with an in home alarm unit that flashes a light and sound. These can be turned off or subdued as I have done if you want to rely on your phone alerts.It is also possible to trigger the alarm from your phone.The only issue that I have had with the device was when I wanted to connect the alarm unit and button to a different WiFi. Took me ages to do it and to be honest I’m not sure how I did it. If I were to guess I think you may have to delete the devices from the app, but I can’t tell you what to do exactly.

I needed a personal alarm for my frail wife who has fallen twice recently. This works in 2 ways - she can press the button on the pendant around her neck and it will set off an alarm on the base unit, alerting me if I'm in another room, but also by sending an alert message and tone to my mobile if I'm out. Instructions were very poor - why don't the Chinese manufacturers show them to someone In England to check that they make sense ? ! Only real grumble is that you must keep the app running on your phone - if you close it then you will only have the base unit alarm, so no good if you are out. I need to get in the habit of checking that.

Product looks great and does the job however it is not compatible with all WiFi. I have just gone onto fibre WiFi and this product does not work with it as in it is not compatible so check first .

Good item, just helped to solve my dad's problem, to call for help when he need it.the only issue that the pager device does not work if not connected to power.

I purchased this so that my bed bound partner cld alert me when he needed help. Day 1 it worked perfectly, he pushed the button and the alarm sounded and I was alerted on my phone via the app. Day 2 still working, he pushed the button and again I was alerted on my phone via 4G whilst I was not at home. Day 3 things started going wrong, although the alarm did not sound I was alerted on my phone only to discover that he was fast asleep and so had not pushed button . I then thought I’d test it myself and after a few attempts of pushing the sos button and receiving no alerts and no alarm going of either it finally decided to start working properly again. Am bit concerned now as to how reliable this equipment is going to be, will persevere for few more days ……

OK first off set up on Android is tricky at first but look at the app permissions and make sure you have no question marks on the app and yes you do need to turn them on IE location, IPhone set up is faster and easy.The buttons came paired and the main hub is simply plugged into the wall socket and is for the size loud enough to gain attention with a none chargeable display.On pressing the buttons you are gretted with a short melody chime and a phone notification, just don't expect the phone to ring.Overall for what you pay on a budget this makes a good option for passive monitoring of loved ones where picking up a phone for here might be a stretch when a button worn and pressed is a better option just don't expect a professional level of equipment and response.

Following hospital discharge needed an in house alarm system for relative living with us. This looked a bit cheap when first opened but is truly fit for purpose and easy to use. The alarms are loud to hear from some distance away and the range is impressive as well because we have a largish house with thick stone walls and it works across the largest possible distance. Also liked the option of a portable receiver on waist band or in pocket. We are happy to recommend this as a good value practical product.

Bought this product to allow and elderly parent to send out a distress message to multiple family members if they were to fall or require help. Took a bit of time to set up by following the instructions but once done it worked well.I liked the product because it’s not just and internal house alarm but connects via WiFi to your mobile phones so you can be anywhere and still get a message or alert that something is wrong
