We have used this knife weekly for months. We get allot of sourdough bread and this knife cuts right through tough crusts and soft breads. Stays sharp as we only use it for bread. The knife is heavy but it seems appropriately weighted for is large size. Comes with its own cover easy to protect and keep clean. Cant beat the value on this.
