The best cacao powder I’ve tried and the cost is good. I use this in place of cocoa powder. I make smoothies, puddings and cookies all the time. I love that it is caffeine free. I have a delicate stomach and this does not cause any issues.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this tasted! I have a vanilla protein powder and this mixed in very well, I will definitely order again.

Since I have a history of kidney stones, I've been advised to stay away from chocolate due to its high oxalate content. The problem is that I love chocolate and used to eat it constantly. Of course, not smart when you have kidney stones.I finally gave up chocolate a few years ago. Carob is an alternative. Unfortunately, I have found most carob products (power and chips) to be inedible. Weird taste or sickly sweet. Terrasoul Carob Power is a welcome surprise. Great over ice cream which is my main use case for carob powder. Don't expect it to taste like chocolate, but I have found it to be a more than acceptable substitute.

I really wanted a replacement for hot chocolate that I could have in the evenings, and I'm very sensitive to the small amounts of caffeine in cocoa. I've tried many different carobs, and this was the least offensive to my pallette. It's still not quite "cocoa", but if you get the ratio and sweetener just right, it's good enough. I love it, and will buy as long as it's available. It's far better in both taste (milder, lack of aftertaste) and price (cheaper) than what I can buy in local grocery stores.

I bought this in order to make some carob brownies, which came out great and denser than I expected. Lots of flavor in small brownie. I will look for more recipes to use this.

Lucked out on this purchase. Most vitamin and supplement mom and pop shops have closed after the devastating economic collapse of C-19. Buying supplements of any kind online is a toss of the dice. This product is superior. Advised by integrative medicine to take 1 Tbsp. In applesauce on an empty stomach to calm inflammatory episode from salmonella poisoning. Warned it would taste not too good. This product tastes great and can tell it is produced quite well. Highly highly recommended.

Highly recommend this totally “unsexy” and unassuming food product that makes a huge impact on blood sugar levels due to its chemical components. Love carob use every day with this!
