Best sweetbrown rice
I love this rice. If anyone have not try, you should. I soak them overnight. Steam the next day on a bamboo steamer.

Understand the definition of 'sweet rice' as you choose this.
This is not your standard type short grain brown rice. It isn't interchangeable in recipes or use. Cooks in a shorter time than other brown rice and overcooks rather easily. You can however make pretty good fried rice with egg, onion, soy sauce, butter, black pepper, genuine mirin, toasted sesame oil and frozen peas. Maybe some chilis or Japanese 7 spice. Not however ideal for general purposes.
