Before buying my AirPod Maxes (APMs) I was initially against getting the silicone covers for the earcups because I didnt want to add any extra weight to the already heavy headphones, nor did I want to cover up the beautiful design of the earcups. That sentiment lasted all of 10 minutes after finally using the APMs, and I immediately hated the "metal on metal" hitting everytime you took the ear cups off. I didnt want that area scratched. I also knew well before buying my APMs that I was going to need an actual hardshell case, cuz the bra case was never going to be enough. Well if you're like me, this all-in-one package is *chefs kiss* perfect!!! A great case AND silicone cups for protection? Sign me up. I have the black APMs so the look doesnt change all that much for me. Plus I stopped caring about preserving the look and prioritize preserving the actual metal itself from scratching or denting. Im happy to say that the added weight is completely insignificant as the APMs are already heavy. The additional 5-10 grams of the silicone dont feel any different. I feel so much better with the ear cup covers on and they fit perfectly with all the needed cutouts for the microphones, buttons, and charging. The case: The case is great as well. The hexagon padding that lines the inside does a good job of keeping your APMs safe and sound. The elastic band and netting on the top portion allow for any of your accessories to be storage there. I have the Apple 3.5mm jack to lightning cable in there (a waste of $35 but unfortunately the only one of its kind) and an airplane adapter in there and they don't come out. I would have preferred that inner pocket to be zippered, but the elastic works fine. The case itself is big and bulky unfortunately, but theres no getting around how big the APMs already are and the inability to fold them down doesnt help. The outer shell of the case does a good job of protecting your APMs in any bag you throw them in. I would definitely recommend this whole package to any APM user.

I was worried I was going to get that white fabric part dirty from carrying them around by the headpiece, and I also didn’t want them to be crushed in my bag, so I needed a case to protect them. This does exactly that. It’s a hard shell and the inside is that super soft rabbit like fur stuff. It also has a little mesh pocket that I stuck the charging cord in. You’re not going to be able to shove a bunch of stuff in that pocket bc it won’t be able to close, but I mean it’s not really meant to be anything more than a case for your headphones. The coolest part tho is that it also came with these silicone ear piece protectors, and they’re amazing! I wasn’t even looking for something like that or knew they even made protectors for that, but I’m super glad to have them bc that aluminum can definitely get scratched up and dinged. They fit perfectly and were super easy to slip on. Both of these things are a must have with these headphones if you want to protect your investment. I’m honestly shocked apple didn’t include them for the amount of money we spent on them. But the quality is top notch, and they certainly look like they could pass for an apple product themselves. I highly recommend this product!

This case is a bit bulkier than I thought it would be, but it’s a perfect fit for my headphones. I hope it’s durable but I couldn’t beat the cost. The zipper works great.

This is a great case to protect your AirPod Max, compared to the cheap "smart case" Apple provides. It is lightweight, seems study although I haven't dropped it, nor do I plan on doing so, and the headphones fit in nicely. Even with the smart case attached. From the pictures, I thought the case was smooth material on the outside; it is more of a velvety texture, like the inside. I like the silicone earpads that were included. The purple contrasts nicely with the lavender headphones, went on easily, and the holes/buttons line up properly. I think they will do a fine job protecting the smooth finish on the headphones.

Lightweight, sturdy, compact and perfect for AirPods Max for a tremendous price!

With orange being one of my favorite colors, this pop of color hooked me initially, I love the brightness and I chose this color as opposed to black so I would not sit it down at the airport and forget it like black that blends in with everything. This case has the appropriate thickness to keep your AirPods padded and safe from damage during travel. Its exterior is faux suede so I sprayed it with Scotch Guard to minimize the dirt spots I am sure to acquire in my travels. I take carabiner rings with me when traveling so I am able to hook this on either my suitcase or carry-on bag swiftly & conveniently. The inside pocket conveniently keeps my sux cord and adapter for the airplane handy. I am not sure how much the strap can withstand but so far so good. The price point make sense for the product. I would purchase again. Great buy.
