Vitamins D and K with Sea-Iodine

Life Extension Certainly did Not let Us down with this Vitamin D with K Supplement. Excellent Quality with no bad smell or taste. BUT It is quite a Large Solid Oval Pill (in case Swallowing is an issue for the intended User.) It has become a staple in Our Family Supplement regimen!

According to my labs now my vitamin D LEVEL is perfect. Since I have osteoporosis and live in the Northeast with lack of sunlight unless it’s summer, I ordered this to stay healthy in my senior years. I also have low thyroid and take synthroid. Those levels have been great too. I don’t drink milk and have GI absorption issues so needed one gentle on the gut. This item checked off all the boxes. Highly recommend.

This D3 and K2 vitamin supplement is a great addition to my daily routine. I like that it combines both vitamins, as they work together to help with calcium absorption and support bone and heart health. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow. I also appreciate that the ingredients are high quality, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste.

My D levels were low, shown on blood test, so my dr put me on it. I bought these and took them for 3 months, retested w blood test, and levels are normal. So they work, at least for me! Also you do need some exposure to natural sunlight for your body to be able to utilize D.
