If you don't suffer from the above complaints, LED light therapy can simply help to improve the general appearance of your skin and reduce visible signs of ageing.To use the mask, it is very straight formats, just put it on your face, with the wholes on your eye nose and mouth. My recommendation is to wash your face with your favourite gentle cleanser before you start the therapy and afterwards, reach for your favourite serum and moisturiser.The mask has 3 colour setting: Blue, Red and Blue+Red. Blue light triggers photochemical oxidation in order to kill bacteria living on the skin. This makes blue light an excellent choice for those with acne, eczema, or rosacea. Red light stimulates our fibroblasts for cell renewal and ATP regeneration.The mask is made from medical grade flexible silicone, easy to band to match the shape of the face. Got a nice and modern patterned design printed on it and it’s available in different colours such like Blue, pink or green. Comes with a small power bank which makes this mask super portable, you can take it anywhere with you if you stayover somewhere. I’m not sure what is the power capacity of this power bank, but so far, I’ve used the mask once a every 2 days for about two weeks (20-minute sessions) and the battery still not died.I think it’s a great beauty tool, I know it’s not for everyone, as the result doesn’t come from the first days of use, You do have to use it consistently for three-six months to see results, so don't be disappointed if you don't see an instant change.

When I saw this my first impression was ouch that’s a lot for a bunch of LED’s and to be honest it is a bit pricey in my opinion but I’m no beauty guru! For you money (current price £299) you do get a premium product with the mask being made very well using medical grade silicone and you can feel this quality in the materials. The only letdown for me was the battery pack/controller. It’s great that it’s portable although given the short (10min) treatment time it’s not really an inconvenience if it was plugged in the wall! The power pack looks and feels like a £2.99 power bank from eBay -a considerable letdown for such a high priced product!Wearing it is fairly comfortable and I had no problems with light sensitivity but it’s too early to see the effects yet

I ordered this LED therapy face mask as I often struggle with spots and the marks they leave behind it is too early to tell if this is going to help, but I feel like my skin already looks/feels better after using this.The mask feels very good quality and is comfortable enought to wear, I like how this is portable so I do not have to stay sat near a plug socket when I use it, the lights are no over powering, but I can see them when I wear it so I just sit with my eyes closed until it is finished.Overall I am happy with this, but I feel at the current price of £299 it is quite expensive compared to others I have seen.
