I originally bought this product to help aid my clients with weight loss. I was then diagnosed with gastritis and was suffering from severe pain, bloating and nausea due to an inflamed stomach lining. I started drinking this because of the ginger and cinnamon. All I can say is the meds the docs put me on wasn't working started drinking this and the pain is 100% gone and now I can eat again. I drink it once a day. I have no problems with mine dissolving in cold or warm water. Lol but that cayenne pepper will punch you in the nose when you open the packet. It taste good to me. You taste the cinnamon, and not the ACV.

Do I like the price? No. Do I like the beverage yes. I like to drink mine as a hot tea and put honey. It's taste pretty good aside from other reviews and trust I loathe ginger. While drinking it I did feel better and I felt it curbed my appetite. Would repurchase. Hopefully company puts discounts out.

It has a slight mixing issue with colder water.My first use I added it to my Sodastream water.Big mistake! The powder is very, very light and it flew up my nose from the bubblesIt's a great option if you're away from home and don't have the ingredients fresh, but I prefer that option. I've done this for 5 years now. Cured my acid reflux issues drug free! I definitely recommend using lemon, ginger and apple cidar vinegar to NATURALLY help your body with acidic issues. Don't take antacids. It's a money making crime against our country. Research it. It's sad.I live(d) in EU 2xs, no doctors here tell you to take them.

The flavor score of 5 does have caveats:1) Anything has to be better than drinking a shot of apple cider vinegar by itself;2) it is only a 5 if you put it in about 2 ounces of water, not a glass full, stir it up well, and drink it like a shot. It’s a whole lot better than just apple cider vinegar (see above), but I still wouldn’t want to sip it like a regular drink. It still tastes like apple cider vinegar, although the cayenne pepper and lemon help a lotHowever, the other ratings are “true” 5 ratings - it has so many more things, that are great for you, in combination with the apple cider vinegar, that it is a no-brainer for value and convenience. The little packages are perfect, period.

I have GERD that I had controlled with various meds (zantac, prilosec, etc.) that I needed daily...but, the meds came with their own issues. I'd heard in a few places that ACV can help, so I tried this product...with some skepticism. After the first 15 days...I thought maybe I wasn't needing meds as much...but, wasn't quite sure, so I opted for another 15 days. At the end of the second 15 days, I was sure I wasn't needing meds as much. After another 15 days I wasn't using meds at all...only antacids (rolaids/tums) every couple to few days. Bottom line...going into my 4th month, this stuff is controlling my GERD with only an occasional Tums needed! I take it in the morning with breakfast...and I'm good through the day.October 9 2018 update: I consider this stuff a borderline miracle...I haven’t touched any type of antacid in well over a month!

The product seems well made and well packaged and arrived in a timely way. I just have to use half of the single package at a time (in 16 oz of water) as otherwise, to use a full packet, burns my throat and stomach...which doesn't help, with me already taking medicine for acid reflux (have been doing so for 25 years).

Great flavor and not something by day 3 I want out lol.. these are great and not spicy aftertaste like many state. It’s like a hot apple cider drink but not hot when mixed with bottle of water and shake well for dissolve or u get random tangy powder puffs while drinking lol DEFINATELY A GREAT BUY!!

Never fully disolves and leaves quite a bit of sediment floating around. This was a bad purchase. It took them about 2 weeks befor they even processed the order and shipped it. There was no reason they didn't process it sooner and I'm a Prime member.
