Picks up all the pet hair I'm actually surprised every time i empty it out. Does an excellent job.

As you can see I have two big dogs that shed and bring Florida dust into the house everyday through their doggie door. The shark unit does a great job covering everywhere and I like the docking station which reduces how often I have to empty the hair and dust. I do wish it had the ability to set a schedule for it to come on automatically. Like a certain time every day. It seems like I only have to empty the docking station once a week. I did find it got stuck under my bed and if it goes into the bathroom it covers the two bath mats with hair that it's picked up, so I close both of those doors or pick up the bath mats. Very happy with it so far.

I can't tell yet but i m thinking more towards keeping it. I have cerebral palsy so I do need help around the house. At first I bought cheap one it didn't work at all. I mean it was wondering around pointlessly. No cleaning. Than got stuck and couldn't find way out. So i returned it.Bought this one. It can find way out when gets stuck and pretty quickly. Which is good 👍 it doesn't pick up everything but I have carpet.I don't think i just can run it as it needs floor being prepared: scratch posts moved, cat toys picked up and so on.I have few cats. Room looks cleaner enough but there's no room mapping and no go zonesHowever it does go in reasonable patterns.So at best 4 stars. Between 3.5 to 3.8 it missed entire room :) went to 1 room, i put it to another room, went to corridor and without any obstacle on the way didn't go to last room. So maybe even 3 stars.I'd be happier camper if it costs $150 and not $400I'd say it s overpriced for what it is doing. Just my opinion. But i need help so at least it s vacuuming.Adding more lines: it did pick up pet hair well. So 4 stars. Yet i wouldn't run it unattended. One more positive thing: it's bagless. So more yes that no.

I bought this vacuum months ago and finally hooked it up. I can run it from an app on my phone and connect the vacuum to wifi. Or I can just walk up and press the clean button and let the robot go to work. I only have to use a vacuum in extreme situations now, and have cut my cleaning time of my house by a quarter of the time.

Worked initially, registered with Shark. Has increasingly thrown errors and troubleshooting hasn't resolved. Now won't work more than 3 feet before it starts throwing an error. Reached out to Shark by email, told to call customer service. Called & rep hung up after getting ticket number multiple times. Responded to a service f/u email and called as instructed-hung up on as soon as the rep took my ticket number. I believe Shark is trying to put me off until the 1-year warranty period is up. I got a Lemon and just want a RELIABLE vacuum not a LEMON.

So happy I invested in this vacuum. The convenience of having it scheduled to run each day and control from phone. Additionally, it helps pick up debris from pups dragging grass and then fur each day on the carpet and tile. Absolutely love it.

Works like a charm. Have it keeping the caring my basement looking like new.

I wouldn't recommend this model possibly Shark in general.Negatives. This thing gets stuck on everything. The vacuum stops working for no reason. The app for this is years behind Roomba. Does a heavy about of bumper car to get places.Positives. Easier to clean versus a Roomba. Empties itself. Places itself on the docking station with ease. Easier to take apart. Cheaper versus some other models.After having it for a few months I'd pass on this model.
