I've been using this for a few weeks now, it tastes terrible but the first time I used it, it definitely uh... Cleared me out... With a velocity! Don't try this without being within waddling distance of a bathroom! Don't say I didn't warn you... Other than that, I'm not sure if it does much else, I think I'm feeling a little better, sleeping a little better with slightly more energy throughout the day, but I am using other supplements as well so it's hard to pin point what exactly is doing what. So since the bowel movements have become less.. explosive, and I haven't really struggled with constipation anyways since I started eating healthier, or at least I thought I hadn't 🤔 I will continue to take it simply for that fully evacuated feeling. I feel lighter throughout the day and less bloated. I'll probably get Triphala next time as it's a mix between Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki. I started out taking this on an empty stomach before breakfast but it left me with a knot in my gut that I couldn't really shake for the rest of the day. So I would recommend using this after you've eaten, or with food and on a day you can sit at home and judge how it effects you. Trust me when I say, if it effects you anything like it did me, the mountainess mudslide of madness that's going to come out of you waits for NO ONE! With all that being said, after a few weeks of use I went to get my morning teaspoon of Haritaki and realized there were small pieces of what looked like paper or cardboard in it, I tried getting them out with the intent on leaving a negative review and throwing out the remainder of the bag, but most of them were almost immediately lost in the powder when I tried to retrieve them. I did manage however to get one piece out, and upon looking closer and comparing it to Google images of what the Haritaki plant looks like, I decided that it looks too much like the a shell fragment to assume it's cardboard.. Or at least I'm hoping. 🤞 If I find anything that looks different in the bag I will definitely update this review, but so far so good. A label on the bag stating that fragments may be present would be helpful in letting customers know what it is if they happen to find anything in their bag, instead of assuming the worst and throwing the product away like I almost did. I'll continue using this brand for now as they do seem like a reputable company.

The product arrived on a timely manner. It looks exactly like advertised. The only issue i have with this product is that instructions are vague and unclear. The package says suggested use is "1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with warm water". This leaves it open to interpretation so i don't know if i did it right. Do i mix it with water or chase it with water. How much water? etc. I read some reviews so i chose to mix it in about 8 to 16 ounces of water. The taste is bitter but not something out of this world. It is doable. If you ever wonder what mud water tastes like, this is it. After taking it, about an hour or so, you get the desire to use the bathroom. I like it because its not painful or forced like a laxative. It feels normal. For me, it was a one time bathroom use and it was a full clean out if you know what i mean. Not loose stool or diarrhea. The plus side to this is you feel empty after. Like fully relieved and evacuated. The downfall for me is that after three days it stopped working. It didn't make me go. Again, the seller really needs to explain how to take this. Maybe i did it wrong. Lastly, the lucid dream aspect is true to an extent. I always lucid dream, almost daily but while taking this it was amplified. However, my family member also tried it and didn't get any dreams. So i am not sure if it works only if you already lucid dream. Overall good purchase.

I bought this products regularly and it was alway good quality however this time it didn’t test same and looks like was not pure Haritaki. Assuming this time tree was not good or something mix It was testing like Trifala.
