This pill cutter works very well. The adjustable silicone strips firmly holds the pills in place to make accurate cuts of multiple pills. Also the opening at the bottom of the cutter prevents cut pills from getting lost. i only question how long the blade will stay sharp. I have only used it for 2 weeks now and will update if the blade starts to go dull.

My dog has multiple tablets and they are all administered as half a tablet so this has been excellent for me not only as it’s so quick but the tablets are held firm and don’t crumble

At first it cut small pills into halves very nicely. 2nd time round, one part of the pill holder came off. Managed to push it back and used it. Recently, I used it again, and after cutting 6 small pills into halves nicely, as I poured out the halved pills, one of the pill holder dropped off. So I did the same thing - pushed it back in place, and managed to halve another batch of small pills. Earlier, I took this pillcutter out, something dropped off, and it's not the one part of the pill holder. managed to figure out it fits the inside of the cutter (see pix) and it looked like it had a missing part.

Great pill cutter for all different sizes plus multiple pills at once.Love how fast you can cut lots of pills big or small will definitely order again if need be.
