We purchased this suitcase for a trip. It is well constructed, light, and durable. It was large enough to hold the clothes for two people for a week-long trip. By having one large suitcase, we only had to pay for one checked bag.

Love this! Got the 28 inch one for college to fly back and forth each semester. I’ve had it for 2 years now. Holds a lot of stuff. Very durable and pretty. After being thrown down the stairs and in airports, the logo came off, but I can just super glue that back on no problem. Easy to move too. Read many reviews that say it gets easily scratched and damaged-this is probably true, and will happen to any that’s a light color other than black or gray. Simple solution-get one of the clear luggage covers. Only like $10 and work great to protect the suitcase. Only thing that’s scratched up is the very bottom of it, near the wheels but you can’t see that. Another trick, don’t over fill it too much. The suitcase needs to be a bit bendy when set on or pressed, this will keep it from cracking (goes for every hard shell suitcase). Overall, love it and matches my passport cover and tags. I’m buying another one to go with it for my trip to Greece.

This is a great suitcase, it's very lightweight, easy to maneuver, and stylish. I ordered the carry on size iridescent white. Like what other reviews say, it's more of a light silver color and the holographic effect can only be seen at certain angles. I don't mind this because I prefer the subtle effect rather than cheesy full blown one. I would use the term "white steel" to describe the color more accurately. It's the material itself that gives the silver undertone. Regarding durability: upon unpacking this bag, the lightweight-ness alone tells me this is NOT suitable for checked-baggage. A lot of reviews here share horror stories of excessive scuffing and damage after 1-2 trips in cargo. I can see AND feel why. I think the manufacturer and seller should point this out. These suitcases are really built for personal handling only. Meaning, only use these for carry-on or road trips. Any kind of harsh tumbling and throwing around will do damage, guaranteed. The wheels are also not the best designed. Less than 5 minutes of rolling around my house and some hair strands got tangled in them. I keep my floors very clean so I can't imagine how much hair this will tangle up in public places like airports, hotels, etc. I did find a minor scuff on a corner but I'm not sure if it was there before or from me. I was able to rub it off. I also did find a large scratch on the front shell, but only viewable from a hard angle. Generally products like suitcases are something you would want to shop for in person. Feeling and testing a suitcase out physically is key. I think a lot of customers on Amazon assumed the seller's description to be 100% accurate. If they had handled these in person, many would pass or come to similar conclusions like mine. If you want to jump the gun and take advantage of the low Amazon prices, be aware of what you're really purchasing. Overall, I love my new suitcase and will only use it for carry on and road travel. It's sleek, stylish, and functional for casual use. If you are planning on buying a larger size than carry-on, have it only be used for road or train travel. Because checking it WILL result in damage. TL;DR: Great bag but not strong enough for checked baggage handling. Carry on or road trip use only.

My husband bought this for me to use while visiting family, instead of having to use a couple of backpacks. It's been great to have actual luggage and this suitcase is very nice. I would definitely get another, and this galaxy pattern is beautiful.

This case is bigger than the usual 18” carry-on and its size is easier to handle on trips where you are on the move and using different modes of travel. The expandable feature is a bonus but this case is very roomy.

I was so excited about this product because I wanted a cute travel bag for the airport that stood out. I bought this bag a week before my trip to Cancun, we left September 3rd. The travel day to Cancun went through with flying colors. Then it sat on the floor in our room for 5 days unobstructed except to get stuff out of it. Come September 8th, travel day BACK to the US. This bag didn’t even make it out of the hotel elevator without coming apart. As I excited the elevator I heard a cracking noise, next thing you know my beloved bag is sitting wanky. I look down and by gosh the wheel has con-caved into itself. Exiting an elevator a resort did that. Just let that sink in because i dont know how this thing made it to Cancun in the first place if something that minuscule could cause so much damage. Thankfully the bellboys had duct tape so I was about to bandage it back to a somewhat stable condition. Fast forward to retrieving my bag a customs. Bless its heart when I received it, the other wheel had also cracked and con-caved into itself. But I still had 3 wheels (one being duct taped and going strong) that did the job getting it 50 yards to the back guy to check it for my next and final flight. My final destination was to my home airport, where I received my bag from baggage claim with only 3 wheels. I lost the non duct taped damaged wheel somewhere in airport land. How did the duct tape wheel do might you ask? Horribly. It was still intact but you couldn’t put any weight on it, luckily both damaged wheels were on the same side so we could attempt to wheel it on two wheels but as we got to the car we heard a crack so it was only a matter of minutes before the other two gave way too. All in all I hope this review gives you insight on never purchasing this bag nor any bag from this company. They are cheap, hollow, have a thin outer material, and not worth anyones money. This has really been the only horrible purchase I’ve ever received using Amazon. I saw mixed reviews and I saw mainly good ones so I decided to take a chance on it and not will I never take that chance again. I will be getting my money back Amazon and I will be sending this damaged product back with no questions asked because I stated it in my statement how horrible this product was and I’m not throwing away my money on trash.
