I bought these for my son who has autism. So many studies indicate that a child with autism requires much more vitamin b12 than an average child. Our insurance and provider will not do b12 shots, so I thought these were worth a try. They taste good and dissolve easily under the tongue. And since they are already converted into the form of vitamin B the body needs, and its sublingual and goes straight to the blood stream unlike chewables, i feel like he is getting the closest thing to the shot as possible. He enjoys them and asks for one daily. I'm glad I purchased these and I take one a day as well :) because he needs a healthy mommy too, right?!
