Es un buen bidón y se sujeta bien a la mano, sin embargo está muy duro para tomar el agua, el material del que está hecho es duro y cuesta trabajo oprimirlo para que salga el agua

As a runner and now a walker, I have used Nathan products because of their quality and easy of use. I have avoided the handheld bottles, in favor of bottles in belts, because I thought they would be distracting. I was so very wrong. Holding this water bottle is so intuitive that I don't notice gripping it. I am a convert!
