This was a pleasant surprise, as I honestly wasn’t expecting much going in. The clothesline is well made and feels sturdy once installed. It holds a surprising amount of weight and works exactly as intended. Saves money hanging clothes instead of putting them through the dryer. Installation is straightforward, but it’s important to follow the instructions carefully to make sure everything is secure. Once mounted properly, it functions smoothly and feels reliable. The length it stretches to is decent, well longer than I had anticipated. Another plus is the lines resistance to tangle when closing it up. Nothing too fancy, the color is not a requirement, but options would be nice. Overall, a solid product that does the job well and exceeded my expectations.

This line works great. Installation is extremely easy if you have any experience at all with tools, stud finding and mechanical knowledge. The instructions for installation are straightforward. Just remember to leave room to put the cover back on if installing near cupboards or things of that nature. The quality is superb and it holds winter gear in Northern Michigan for a family of 7 without any issues.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The reviews! This product is amazing! It was packaged extremely well. Directions were very clear and easy to understand. It is strong, durable, quality parts and components. I love it! I needed an indoor close line for drying delicate clothing and only had a mechanical room to work with. It is perfect! My de-humidifier sits right under the line and dries the clothing in minutes. Great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a close line!

The lothesline works well overall and looks great aesthetically, which is a big plus. It’s easy to set up and has been a helpful addition to my laundry routine. However, I noticed that when fully tightened and loaded with clothes, the line still sags slightly, causing hangers to slide toward the middle. This issue depends on how far apart the two sides are mounted, so it might require some adjustment during installation. Despite this minor flaw, the clothesline performs as expected and is a sturdy, stylish option for drying clothes indoors or outdoors. I would recommend it for lighter loads or shorter spans.

Works exactly how I hoped it would and is accurate to the description! I was really worth it's price. Installation wasn't too hard, just gotta keep in mind that the wire isn't built exactly center within the box, so take that into account if you are trying to get the dock exactly center and level across from the wire. It holds my heavy dresses no problem, its very strong! It doesn't snap back too quickly, which is nice so you don't have to worry about it snapping your fingers by accident. Its very discreet and lightweight, so it doesn't mess up the nice look of your deck or wherever you put it. I am SO happy with it, it actually makes doing laundry enjoyable for me!

I was shopping for an extendable clothesline product similar to those found in hotel rooms from time to time; the kind you can pull out and then reel back in when not in use. I needed one longer than the standard 9 or 10 feet, and I saw GorillaLine for sale, and it was 13.9 feet. The price was reasonable, the length was good, the only question I had was about the sturdiness of the retractable line. Upon receiving the product, I found it was great quality, easy to install, has a line lock on the side to prevent sagging once extended, and the line was extremely strong and durable. Everything I wanted in a product such as this. I installed it and tried it out, and it worked great. Lastly, I got an email from the company, which was unusual. Typically, you buy a product and never hear from anyone again unless you have to contact them to return something. This email was a thank you email for buying their product and letting me know if I had any issues with it that they would be happy to help out. I was pleasantly surprised at that. In summary, great product and great customer support team.

AWESOME addition to my small laundry room!!!!! I used these this every day and it is wonderful. Hold a lot of clothes without sagging and easy to put away when I’m not hanging clothes so I can reach items behind it !!!

Just installed and I’m in love! It was super easy to install and very easy to use. We installed the one part upside down on purpose because of where studs were placed it just made more sense. Still works great! The locking mechanism and tightening tension knob seem to work great. The grey matches my SW Repose Grey walls perfectly which I was pleased with.

Good quality. Strong and compact. Others sell this product for more, but they are essentially the same thing. Very happy with my choice.

Of course there are cheaper clones on the market. But this one does the job, and it handles the outdoors exceptionally well.
