Makes really nice and thick soya milk. No nutty flavour and double size when soaked. Highly recommended for homemade soy milk.

Best soya recipes (for my taste) include cooking the soya milk. It makes it creamier and less smelly. Less convenient than other plant milks I make. But it’s nice contribution especially to texture/body.No manky beans to pick out.All soya is gmo but at least not recently in this case. Fair price too. Good enough.

Nothing to dislike about this organic product. It may have been helpful to include cooking times on the packet, but I learned easily enough. Research told me that after soaking, soy beans need to be boiled for 3 to 4 hours. Happily I found these to require maybe 2.5 to 3 hours max to be nice and soft.Great in curries, casseroles and chilli (cheap substitute for kidney beans). Will buy again.
