Household quality
Flexible, apparently well made but not super heavy duty. Okay for out door use. I am not expert of gauge criteria but not commercial grade.

Light weight but heavy duty
Heavy duty and good quality. I used mine to connect external porch lights and a piece of it will be partially exposed. Time will tell but it appears to be extremely durable.
