These will likely be good for bringing home dirty, smelly laundry. Bags are a decent size and do zip closed hopefully to contain odors. They fold small when empty.

I really don't think they are intended to hold wet items, as they are cloth and water will seep through. Additionally, some commenters have noted that the zippers or handles aren't strong enough. Use discretion and don't overstuff, as these bags don't seem intended for heavy duty use.
