This traditional bed design with wide rails and sturdy straight legs is simple enough to work well in any bedroom. The bed pieces are finely sanded and the edges are rounded over to make them feel nice and smooth. This bed is solid American hardwoods, made with low-VOC glue and a 0% VOC clear finish. It will be custom made to order. Included with this bed are pine 2 x 6 slats and everything you need to assemble the bed. If you're looking to save a little money, you can get the slats yourself from a local hardware store. The platform height is 10" from the floor, the legs are 16" tall, the rails are 7" - 8", making the underbed clearance 7.25" - 8.25". Many custom options are available, including various hardwoods, changes in height, adding a headboard, and the bed is available in twin, full, king and Cal king as well.
