Q: It specifically says seedless but it’s not. I need a refund for this false advertisement that is causing me to spend more time & money????

Totally seedless - apricots do not have seeds, only one large pit that te not found in the jam.

Q: What do you do when your order is completely wrong and the company won't do anything about it???

Persist. And if they still won’t do anything, request a supervisor and then threaten to blast your complaint on social media. If you’re on Twitter, go to Amazon’s page there and blast your complaint. You will get a response. Just be rational, reasonable, and don’t go nuts. Amazon once refused to reimburse me for a $5 item despite the fact that what I received wasn’t what I ordered. I persisted and won..in a matter of minutes.
