Solid Post-Workout
I enjoyed this Post-Workout. I was recommended picking up Redcon1 from a buddy of mine. I definitely notificed results within a week or two of taking it. I will say though, consistency is REQUIRED for Creatine to be as effective as possible. Flavor wise, it was solid. I little too sweet for my taste, but not bad at all. If you're on the fence, I'd say give Recon1 a shot!
