wont let me view some sites
I turned off safesearch but it still won't let me view sites. it is fast though. hp tech guy was hard to understand, definitely not American. I hate having to deal with help services from a foreign land. I suppose it saves hp some money but...

Well let me start by saying I thought this was going to be a good experience. 4 months after purchasing the space bar key came off. I reached out to the seller after I took it to Best Buy, I thought it was a simple problem. Well, I was told by the tech at Best Buy that the computer looked as though it has a cheaper version of what the key board should like like if bought new from a store. I was also told that I might as well return it or trash it because that it was a defect or after market product. WHAT ! I paid 731.00 for this unit. Seller has told me sorry out of the return window. I am so disappointed with this product. Now to find out what my next step. Feeling ripped off. Reporting to the BBB

Did not receive this computer. Ordered 16.5" screen with numeric pad. Received 15.6
Misleading photos & descriptions . Smaller screen received with no numeric key pad.
