Where can I get a replacement front wheel? The bearings feel out of the one we currently have.

I contacted customer support to get replacement screws for the back wheel and they told me they could not provide them. Very unhappy with customer support.

Awesome bike

This bike was very easy to assemble, not to mention a perfect size for our son. We had it shipped to my parents house in Florida so while we were on spring break, he had a bike to ride. First day he could barely ride it, by the end of the week he was hopping off curbs. It was so cute to watch him learn over such a short period of time, this is the best Balance bike ever.

Great product, but smaller than expected

Appears to be a really solid training bike. Love the style and color. Very easy to self-assemble, but 9inch wheels already too small for my 3 yr old daughter. Not sure how it is recommend up to 4 yr old toddlers.Decided to replace w/ exact same but bigger 12 inch version.

I loved it but it had a huge flaw

I’ve had this for 2 years now. This thing was super easy to ride especially with the double back wheels but the screw and bolt holding the seat on pops off so much no matter how tight I made it. I had to buy a whole new bike when we lost it riding once because it’s non-functional without that holding the seat up. Other than that we loved it

I wanted to buy "Free Wheelin Rider Balance Bike" for my son, who is one and half years old. Because my eldest son rode it and he really liked it. But I couldn't find "Free Wheelin Rider Balance Bike" so I bought this one. This balance bike is very heavy for the child and uncomfortable, because. it is inconvenient for a one and a half year old child to even sit on the seat and reach for the steering wheel. I regret the purchase. Now it stands idle and takes up space in the room.But there is good news too! I found "Free Wheelin Rider Balance Bike" and he is already on his way to me from the Czech Republic. You can’t find it in Amazon by direct search, only through Google and it gives a link to Amazon. This is not an ad for "Free Wheelin Rider Balance Bike". I swear! I just know a lot about these things and I will be sorry for your wasted money. Good luck.
