I purchased this for my husband for hair growth. And I must say it has done wonders to his regrow hair in key places and much more. Regular vitimins only allow 11% or less zinc in there products. If you need just a little bit more zinc this is the item to purchase.

Been using these for years and hardly ever catch a cold that I can remember. Also, this is the only zinc tabs I’ve ever found, and do not leave a horrible taste in your mouth.

I tend to get nauseous when I take 50mg of zinc so this is the perfect amount

I have been very pleased with Zinc at 5mg, by KAL. These supplements are Very tiny and easy to swallow. In fact, they actually melt on my tongue. I say “they” because my daily requirement is 10mg and I take 2 a day at the same time. It is a valuable support: Zinc Supplements, for care of my immune system. The size of them is super small, almost like a tissue salts, if you are familiar with homeopathics. You open up the bottle and a lot of them break really easily and there's a lot of powder in the container.
