We bought this item due to having a pergola built off one of our garden rooms. You'll never be fly free when there's heat or there is food around, however we did see a reduction in fly's when we used it.

Great zapper. Satisfying noise when the bugs are killed. I usually hide this out of sight during day and bring out in early evening for killing time.

I've been using the Senelux Bug Zapper for a while now, and it's been quite an experience. The first thing to note about this bug zapper is that it's loud, particularly when it's dealing with larger bugs. Initially, this was a bit of a shock, not just to me but also to our large dogs. I make it a routine to empty it once a week, and each time, it's clear that it's been busy eliminating bugs. The amount it collects is a testament to its efficiency in keeping the bug population down in its vicinity. Other than its effectiveness and the noise level, there's not much more to say about it. It's a straightforward device that serves its purpose. If you're looking for a bug zapper that gets the job done and you don't mind the noise (or have pets that might get used to it), the Senelux Bug Zapper could be a good fit for you. Just be prepared for a bit of a startle initially, especially with bigger bugs!

Absolutely useless piece of kit. No effectiveness on flys whatsoever. Hasn’t killed on fly in a month and must be either defective or useless.

Very good as it said on the box it would take three days. Killed aii fruit flies.

Rather large and not very effective at least in the situation i had There are cheaper, more effective ways to tackle flies

It kills flies organically so no need for harmful chemicals
