I absolutely love these pencil trainers. My kids love them. They are comfortable and firm to help with hand writing as well as coloring. They are very easy to use . They fit comfortably and they love the butterfly design. Great value for money

They don’t slide out of position and guide the fingers to hold a pencil, pen, marker in the correct place very comfortably. I bought them for my 4 year old son who struggles with the correct tripod grip. He took to it well and I anticipate it will help him get used to the correct finger position and writing that way. My only issue is the struggle to get it on and off a thicker pencil or even slim markers. My son uses slim dry erase markers for worksheets to practice tracing and since they are markers, I need to be able to remove the pencil grip to replace the cap on the markers. Even though the markers are slim, this is challenging, and i slightly ripped one trying put it on and remove it. Seems perfectly fine on regular size pencils but he currently uses the thicker toddler #2 pencils. Quite the struggle to get the pencil grip on that one, but once in place, is great since I don’t need to remove it.

So my son doesn’t know how to hold a pencil correctly right now and I ended up getting him one of those books that they learn how to write their numbers and letters and stuff so I got this holder for the pen because the other one is a little more advanced that comes with the books and it did help him. He learned how to do it and he had no problem doing it. he gets frustrated very easily, but he did not with this item. It’s cheap and you get three of them and it’s definitely worth the price. The only thing about it is you do have to get it on the pen which is the hardest part so it probably depends on how thick the pen or pencil is itself but that’s it other than that it’s worth the money.

Got this for my son when he was 4 years old to help him hold pencils and now he is 5 can hold them without using the grips. Will be using them for my other two kids when they older. Worth getting if your little one needs more guidance to hold a pencil
