Beautiful Picture, Easy Setup
This TV has been excellent. Bought it for Black Friday/Cyber Monday Weekend and I couldn't be happier. Most broadcasts are not in 4k and streams are not always in 4k, but when you have games and Netflix streaming in 4k, you will just love it. I'm sure once I have my BluRay 4k player as well, movies are going to look great as well!

This tv has it all!
I really like the clear picture of the Samsung curved 55 inch! it is complete with high resolution and unique screen which allows you to feel as though you are so close to all the action! I LOVE the all in one remote which allows for streamlined use of all of the technology that is available to you by simply turning on the tv! Most importantly, Samsung says it all. By far the best tv for the cost!!!!

Starting having issues at 2 years. Had multiple techs come out. Still having problems 4 years later

Beware of Samsung Support
The product is fine when it works. Unfortunately, it stopped working after 10 months. After proving to Samsung that it was still under warranty, a technician came to fix it. Unfortunately, the part he brought was defective. Three days later he is back to try again. This time they sent him the wrong parts. We are now ten days into no working TV. Yesterday, I was told I had to call Samsung. After 30 minutes, they conceded they would send me a new TV. In ten days. During my protest that this was inadequate customer service, I asked to be transferred to a Supervisor. He ended my call without my speaking to him. So now I am stuck paying for 20 days of cable, Netflix, and Apple TV with nothing to show a picture on. I will never buy another product from Samsung and I am advising all my friends and relatives not to purchase Samsung products. This is a disgraceful way to treat a customer.

Nice tv
Purchased for my son for Christmas... it is set up and the picture is stunning.Really happy with the purchase. Should mention, it arrived on time and in perfect condition (no issues with the shipping)

Wish I could test it before UPS leaves
Unpacked it, plugged it in and the screen was cracked, I was sad returned it. Thanks anyway I will buy a new one at local store so I can return it myself if needed
