Husband likes these for leg cramps. It has helped minimize them at night for him big time. I use them for better sleep but I don’t notice a difference yet.

A few months ago, I purchased the lower dosage of these. I had been taking other forms of magnesium, namely, magnesium malate and magnesium water I made myself (and still make). I thought I would try this complex, because it had several good forms of magnesium. Wow, I am impressed at what a difference these made, even though I was taking magnesium on a regular basis. I sleep longer, probably 1 to 1 1/2 hours longer, and I feel really good. I have to attribute at least some of this to taking this magnesium complex. I went ahead and order these pill which are a larger dosage. I am very pleased with this complex.

i can't confirm independently the quality or ingredients of the product. i don't have a science lab in my living quarters. what i CAN independently confirm, is that the taste is awful. i can compare it to some kind of laundry detergent (Not that i eat laundry detergent !) i think these pills should be coated in some kind of non-flavor shell. i will not buy this product again, i'm not sure i'm willing to finish this bottle off under these circumstances.

I'm very sensitive to magnesium, so I can take only one -- I make it a point to get more magnesium in my food and electrolyte powder. I like this product because it contains different types of Magnesium for best absorption, and it delivers 300 mg of elemental mag per serving (2 capsules).
