I've had thousands of dollars in orthotics over the last 12 years for plantar fascitis. This brand was requested by my current Podiatrist and I bought this sports type and two pairs of the regular type. So far these insoles are def the best I've come across and at a fraction the price of custom insoles.

I've got fairly high arches. These inserts do a good job distributing my weight over more of my foot, thus taking some strain off of my plantar fascia. I've tried perhaps half a dozen different inserts (maybe more if you count all the different superfeet varieties separately) and these are my favorites. For example, I like this version a lot more than the traditional green superfeet inserts, which also in theory are about the right shape for my foot.

Super comfortable and supportive

These are my first Superfeet inserts, and from a comfort standpoint, they are extremely comfortable and the foot cup helps provide a little more stability than my shoes (Altra Escalantes) do.I do have moderately high arches, and these provide a little more support than the shoes do themselves, but I feel I could use just a little more support than what these provide to help keep the impact off of the ball of my right foot. But they are an improvement over the insoles that came with the shoes. I had been using some Spenco insoles that seemed to support my right foot a little better but were also quite bulkier and took a week or two before they were really comfortable. The Superfeet insoles were pretty comfortable out of the box.I have had these for roughly a month, and they don't squeak, and seem to be holding up fairly well after some walking and jogging on the treadmill at the gym.

Great for flat feet. Keeps me from pronating without even thinking about it.

Really helps with plantar fasciitis

Can't live without them. With, I can stand all day, without, I can't stand for even an hour.

Really happy with these. Took a couple days to adjust but now my feet and back and so much happier. They are easy to switch inbetween shoes also
