Holds makeup in place
I wasn't a fan of the texture when I first tried this primer, but now I'm sold. It dries down/absorbs quickly and provides a smooth base for my foundation. This extends the life of my makeup for an entire workday (about 9.5 hours). I don't have much time for touch-ups, but with this Catrice primer, I don't need to worry. The scent is light and fades quickly. I didn't find it particularly hydrating, but my skin is typically drier in the winter anyway. This doesn't cause any irritation or dryness.

Not for me
I found that the primer came off when applying some foundations and rolled up into little tiny balls mixed with foundation. The only way to remove it is to take all the foundation off and start over.

Pills with any other product
I know some products just don’t play well together, but this one pills when it comes in contact with literally all of my products - other primers, foundation, concealer - even just the slightest residue on my fingers and it’ll start pilling. I kept trying for a while but eventually just threw it away when it was still two-thirds full because I got tired of redoing everything.Rating two stars because even though I couldn’t use it, I see it has a lot of good reviews - no guarantee your products won’t get along!
