Do you love using candied ginger in your baking? This is one of the best I have ever purchased. It has an intense ginger taste and is very fresh so the pieces are soft, not hard. It is evenly sized chunks, so it gives a good appearance in baked goods. It comes in a durable plastic container, and is excellent value for the money - the jar is substantially larger than it appears in their photo.

Yummy! Best ginger I've found to date! The sugar helps tone down the spice a bit and just a couple of pieces calms my yummy right down! Tastes really good while drinking ice water or sweet iced tea, and, in fact, will make you drink more water, which is always good anyway, lol! A+

I found that ginger helps with my indigestion/acid reflux issues as I had found a few chews that I bought a few years ago but they soon went away. I ordered this product and a different one to see which best met my needs and this is it. The 10 oz canister is bigger than I expected and the "dots" are the perfect size for quick relief. They aren't overly sugared as some crystallized ginger is and are soft, easy to chew. I like them.

I ordered them because they are organic. They are tasty as a snack, but I had wanted them in my hot herbal tea. The pieces are very small and is a choking hazard when drinking the tea out of the thermos. I will eat them as a snack. The larger slices of ginger would be better for tea.

Tried many brands and I enjoy many but, Badia Organic is my #1. It has the hottest and best flavor. Mmm mmm mmmh! I also like the Australian one with the big chunks, but this beats that.

After buying this in grocery stores for decades--I discovered this. Ginger isn't dried out. I add to cereal,yogurt, granola and just snacking!

this product is fabulous! my favorite use is in fruit salad!
