Just received today.Assembly: pretty straight forward and simple. 2 bolts, a couple of electric snap connects and a couple of tube connects. Took about 20 minutes with taking my time.Construction: looks well made and durable. Feels sturdy.Functionality: very nice massage, adequate stereo speakers, mild heat (it works but it’s not very intense) and the zero gravity recline is pretty nice as well. The default programs are perfect. I especially liked yoga and relax.Feels like a good value for the money. I had a few massages already and I feel loose and relaxed.

I've really been overdoing it at work, and had a variety of aches and pains, so I decided to order this for myself to see if it would help. I got a lot more than I expected! It's so relaxing, and the heat feature is very soothing. The first day or 2, it left my back a little sore, but it was just correcting a lot of back problems that had built up. The more I use it now, the more I look forward to it. The arm massage feels so nice, and the foot rollers really help sore achy feet. I love to use the zero gravity feature while I'm getting massages too! I could tell almost immediately that I'm sleeping better, and although I did NOT expect it, I honestly can tell I feel calmer during the days. It's marvelous for stress reduction, and so convenient to come home from work and use it to relax, or get a nice massage just before bed. Used the enclosed QR code to extend the warranty to 3 years, so I'm looking forward to comfort and relaxation for years to come. It's "Comfier"!

I was looking at chairs to purchase and read the reviews on this one. Massage chair arrived quickly and set up was easy. Massage is good quality. It got my lower back knots out was actually sore for a few days similar to chairs at mall.

Its construction appears to be cheap looking compared to a similar chair I had in the past. The rollers have been adequate but do not reach all areas I need massaged.

I purchased this massage chair as a Christmas gift for my wife, since her previous one bit the dust a year or so ago. We don't usually go all out spending wise for gifts, but this one just made sense.Once the box arrived, we unpacked it to get it up the stairs. Everything was carefully and thoughtfully packed to prevent damage, and it was in perfect condition. The box stated a net weight of 127.7 lbs. for the chair only, but we took the un-assembled components upstairs individually which greatly reduced the weight of the base, easily allowing the two of us to get it to the upstairs room with no issues.Assembly was fairly basic and took my wife just a few minutes to put together. Although the manual was straightforward and easy to understand, assembly was pretty intuitive. No leftover parts or pieces is always a good thing!My wife truly loves this chair, and has been working her way through the different settings for personal preferences. The zero gravity feature is really cool, and having two heating areas instead of one is really great in the winter right now.We followed the instructions and contacted the manufacturer to register the warranty, and were pleasantly surprised when they responded quickly and said that there is a 3 year warranty, with replacement if it doesn't work as promised.

I purchased the Comfier massage chair for my husband for his 50th birthday. He's always jumps in them when we're at the mall and has always said how he would love to have one at home. Wish granted. It was fairly easy to set up. And I will say that we both use it almost daily. The different massage options are great. We can blue tooth into our Spotify list. It has a heat option to keep the chill off. And the zero gravity feature really lets you feel weightless as the rollers massage your back and shoulders. My only negatives were the remote has a lot of options (which is great) but I don't love how they are arranged, and I wish it could get my neck a little better. Great purchase.

This chair is well designed and works great.

Feeling excited when receiving the shipment. Put together with no time but unhappy when you every single mode and give headache instead feeling better. Didn’t like it all not even one mode which can make you feel better. Feet massage doing tickles instead massage. First will fire the engineer who designed it 2nd who built it 3rd who sell it. Lol
