I bought these to help with stomach problems. I seem to experience less pain now I'm taking them but I have noticed if I miss a day or two then the pain returns. The bottle is quite large and made of glass. As for size, honestly they're not much different to the other vitamins and medication I have to take. They're pretty average size. I took a photo so you can compare. They are the two white pills on the far right of my hand. They're not hard to swallow and my gag reflex is shockingly bad so if I can handle swallowing these then anyone can.

They are fairly large but not a problem swallowing. But what I really wanted to mention was the laxative effect. I know some reviewers have mentioned it and I wanted to agree with them. I actually ordered this again because of the laxative effect - I take some strong painkillers for persistent back pain and they can block you up a bit. But two of these at night and I find no problem in the morning. More effective than prune juice, and prune juice is good. So I think you should keep that in mind, would that quality be an advantage for you or not? A while ago I found they were actually making me a bit too regular so I got some chelated magnesium to use instead for a while. You have to be careful with these ones! But like I say, I started to miss the regular laxative effect they have and ended up reordering these

I get a good calming effect from these and they help to relax my muscles, stop cramps and get some sleep. i've deducted one star because the manufacturer appears to think we're horses not humans. These tablets are huge but it only takes a moment to cut them into halves or quarters. I'm going to continue buying them as Solgar vtamins & minerals are good quality products amongst other things that I have my doubts about

La pastilla es bastante grande pero se puede tragar bien y es más efectiva que otras que he probado de marcas distintas y en formato cápsulas que había que tomar dos. Con esta solo una toma en la noche y genial. Duermo muy bien, y me siento con más energía.
