Perfect product, have been using it for years to soothe skin after shaving, preventing razor bumps or any other irritation. Leaves a wonderful texture on the skin, soft and supple and smells great. The scent doesn’t last forever as it is not supposed to, you buy Eau du parfum for that. This is to apply to face and neck after shaving as the name suggests.

It’s a splash it on, not the eau de toilette spray I thought I was ordering. My mistake, but that said, it IS JPG and has the unique scent that I love.

Absolute gorgeous smell

There seems to be much confusion about what is an AFTER SHAVE LOTION and what is and EAU DE TOILETTE. The AFTERSHAVE is to splash onto your face after you have shaved and that is why it is a SLASH ON lotion. The EDT is for applying onto your body any time. You need less of it and therefore most are applied by SPRAY . AFTER SHAVE LOTION will soothe the soreness caused by shaving and may tingle a little as it does so. EDT will NOT soothe shaved skin and some of them will cause a painful burning sensation if applied to freshly shaved skin.I am amazed that so many people misunderstand this. They are either women or they are men who do not shave their faces (particularly using a wet razor). I have found that even sales assistants (female) in perfume shops often don't realise this. I am also alarmed that real after shave lotions seem to be disappearing from sales counters. Presumably this is a result of all those scruffy blokes who think stubble and beards are cool - they are not!
