The whole idea of Thermobol tablets is that they are there to give you a boost of energy that you may need to work hard and have greater focus in the gym and get about your day. Something similiar to coffee but with some added benefits. The Thermobol tablet gives me a boost of energy and mental focus that is needed in the gym to maximise my workout. It gives you that extra edge that you need to stay focused and not be distracted. Other than keeping me focused it has kept me full, I have no belly rumbling when taking a tablet. I have been intermittently fasting for the past few weeks and taking one of these tablets before my workout keeps me energised throughout the day allowing me to fast smoothly. I think that losing weight is not something I can tell so far, but I believe that with consistent workouts your metabolism does increase allowing you to lose weight more effectively. However, when taking the tablet there are some things you should definitely take in consideration. Make sure that you are drinking at least 2/3 litres of water a day. This is essential otherwise you will probably not get the full effect and not be as energised. Secondly do not take the tablet 3/4 hours before sleeping. Simply because you will not sleep! Lastly my first try of this tablet was with a cup of strong black coffee whilst intermittently fasting. NOT a good idea. After thirty minutes my head was spinning and I felt as though I was hallucinating. But I did have a great workout! Still not recommended. Overall so far of using the tablet it has been so far so good. I will definitely keep updating if anything changes. I am currently taking 1/2 tablets a day if needed. If you check out Muscle Genes, this might let you know if Thermobol tablets are good for you. Different genes have different effects to caffeine, so long story short if you have the one type of gene coffee can work for you perfectly and keep you awake and alert but if not you could be out after twenty minutes of having a cuppa. This is why caffeine tablets can be useful.

Rocket fuel . Better than energy drink or coffee!!! Don't know about health effects but I'm on the 4th bottle

haven't been using these long so i can't give more than a 3 star rating in good conscience. The first phase... This feels like you've had 2 grams of cheap coke with none of the positive effects, just an internal feeling of vibrations, jitteryness and an overwhelming feeling that your body will soon vacate your skin... then again this could just be me as i don't consume caffeine in any form on any basis. The second phase is mainly gastric... If you don't mind your bowels making unholy creeks and bubbles and then crapping out what can only be described as gelatin infused gravy up to 6+ times throughout the day then by all means; get this product. personally i like to know that when i fart i'm definitely not going to s*** myself but with these tabs its a real game of risk. also don't even think about taking one a minimum of 4 hours before bed, made this mistake and ended up staring a hole through the ceiling until 2.30am. now i just need to finish this bottle and see if they work, if not then i will have been s***ting pure death for a month to no avail. hope this review was helpful. p.s. i haven't had a heart palpitation yet but it could be a real possibility, i think...

Take these before going the gym you'll be flying

Pointless. Don’t waste your money! I took these on my younger years (20s), I’m in my mid 40s now and thought I’d try again on subscription. They did little. I’m active and a gym goer but saw no benefit. I’m not sure if the make up has changed. Save your money!
