14 strips for the top teeth and 14 for the bottom teeth (total 28 strips). Using 1 set a day you have 2 weeks treatment although it can be spread out if you don't want to use them every day.

Can you use the strips with braces on ?

The strips won't damage braces but for best results these strips need to adhere to teeth not metal.
