Thought i would give this a go as things were feeling a bit off and not quite right after my period. Wasn't convinced it could work but after the first night things felt alot fresher and odour had dramatically reduced. Am continuing to use for the full 7 days and am noticing improvement each day. Really easy to use, no burning or stinging (which i was worried about as suffer with vaginal atrophy due to perimenopause)and only slight leakage overnight. I think this is great to use at the first sign of symptoms and to potentially avoid the need for antibiotics if you can nip things in the bud before they take hold.

I’ve always used gels thinking they’d be easy, but this one can be a bit messy. I find it best to use a panty liner and apply it while lying in bed. Just be prepared—you can’t really move around much afterward or get up right away, so plan accordingly! I also keep wipes handy for my hands and a bin nearby for easy cleanup. Despite that, it works well for my BV symptoms and is convenient when I don’t want to go to the shop. I do think it is value of money as no need for antibiotics for BV all the time.

Easy to use and the effectiveness was quick in terms to resolving issues concerning my PH levels .If you follow the instructions then you don't have any stinging effects. I made sure I inserted this when I layed on my back and squeezed the tube further internally,this helped to prevent any stinging effects.The product does leak slightly the next day but nothing that will be noticeable.One use and any issues were resolved fast and effective.
