Great product
This is a great sauna, at an affordable price. It arrived ahead of schedule without any damage. I had a slight difficulty in understanding part of the instructions I got an excellent response from customer service, including a photo of what I had to do. I am awaiting hip replacement and the sauna has improved my flexibility greatly.

Great Portable FIR portable sauna
Firstly I was extremely impressed with the delivery time (from placing the order to arrival = 7 days) and I am outside of the UK. Easy set-up, generous size, easy controls and is exactly the unit used in most of the detox centres I have visited, where I was first introduced to these portable FIR saunas. Looking to buy a second unit for a gift for a family member.

Lovely relaxing and warming
Bought as gift for me with suspected fibromyalgia and other mysterious aches and pains. Good for making you feel hot and rejuvenated. You have to run quick to the shower as it’s freezing when you get out. Makes me sleepy, so good for a lazy day. Definitely need towels in there to soak up sweat drips, as it pours off you. I think it does help but I don’t use it enough to know if it does or not. You need to be in it for at least 30 minutes to get the benefits

Far too long to heat up
Disappointed as it takes at least 20 minutes to heat up and my legs felt cold at the front as the heat does not seem to reach them. The front dips when closed too. Positives - Good size

Superb
This is so much better than going to the sauna as I have never or ever seen anyone sweat in there. You just feel the tremendous heat and skin look cool. Using this portable sauna i realised I've never sweat so much in all my life not even while I was living in the Caribbean. All the oil, salt and toxins from my body coming out in all that sweat within jus a couple of minutes was enough to full a bowl. It's very relaxing and relieves all my aches and pains and I have a very restfull sleep whenever I use it. The heating control is very good Wish I had it years ago

disappointed
Was very disappointed with this item. It takes fare to long to build up a sweat. The tent is good quality. But for my self I have to sit inside for houres to get any real benefit. My worrie is my electric bill as well. Sorry to say but would not recommend this product.
