That I don’t know but I didn’t receive assorted colours as per picture but four tubes of brown, two of white, one green and one blue. They made it so difficult to return that I didn’t send them back. Wouldn’t order from them if I were you.

Can you use to paint pebbles

You could, but it would take a million coats of paint. They don't have great coverage at all.

Can these be used on pumpkins???

I am not sure but I imagine if the pumpkin is dry it should be ok!!

Can this be used on leather?

Very much doubt it as the coverage isn’t very good at all. Most definitely childrens paints for use on pale paper or card.
