It fits very well; S and M are true to size. Handwash and air dry. I would recommend wearing a t-shirt underneath if you do not want it to rub your armpit/shoulder area.

Not comfortable

The compression on these sleeves is really good. The only thing I didn't like about it is that the back part rides up the shoulders up to the neck and then makes you look and feel like a hunch back. It also digs into the space between the arm and armpit. I would not recommend for every day use.

This arm compression sleeve had the right amount of compression. Yet, I do not recommend if you had an arm lift with sutures or staples. You run the risk of opening up part of your sutures. These sleeves are perfect if you had lipo or just using them while working out.

Size small is correct for me, and this faja still has medium arm compression, but roomier in the underarm and around the ribcage. fabric is slippery, easy to get on (easy to slip greater compression over as well).The back of the neck is not as high as some 'shawl' fajas, so may not show under a tank or T shirt.
