Great product, taken for years now, but, I do not take them if I have oily fish,for dinner, as its really not necessary. Better than cod liver oil, after all who wants to take anything from the liver? thats where all the toxins are! This one is made from whole fish.

This is from the whole fish, not just the liver (where toxins are). No bulking agents, just what is on the label.
