No I am afraid not, they are totally different attachments, well worth investing in one of these mops though. They are great!!

Does this mop head come complete with a handle? If so is the length adjustable?

Yes the handle is ajustable and extendes to the correct height for cleaning, , and when it is folded down it fits very nicely in the cubboatd out of the way, very pleasd with it

Does this come in other colours? It must be tough to keep it white after a few mobs
