I used to get this flour on prescription, it’s a great gluten free brand . Only criticism is the price is a high but it’s a good product

best flour mix for baking
I used to be able to get this flour on prescription. It is by far the best flour to use in any baking as I find there is no need to make any adjustment to a wheat flour recipe. Plus the end results are delicious. However, I now have to restrict using it for special occasions because it is so expensive. The purchase is time was for use in my son's wedding cake. Fruit cake layer and a carrot cake layer.

ideal for making gluten free fairy cakes!
We have been looking for a gluten free flour to make nice fairy cakes. This Juvela white mix is perfect! The taste is virtually the same as making normal fairy cakes. Use with baking powder and cakes rise perfectly. Downside is the cost. But worth it to see my coeliac Daughter with a smile on her face again. Never thought we would be able to make decent cakes again. Can also use for bread and batter mixes.....the list is endless! Would make a lovely gluten free birthday cake too. Will be purchasing again.

Quality goods at a good price

Doesn't taste of much, but texture is fabulous
The bread roll I made rose beautifully and had a lovely texture, exactly like normal bread. It didn't taste of very much, but no worse than any other type of gluten free bread. I think it will make really good toast, too, although I haven't tried that yet. As it's very expensive, I will just have this as an occasional treat.

the best general mix available
This is , in my opinion , the best general mix available. I was diagnosed over twenty years ago as having the coeliac condition and was able until September 2017 to obtain this mix on prescription. I obviously think that the price is ludicrous but am obliged to pay it. I have no complaints with regard to the seller’s service and will undoubtedly be using them again when I can afford to eat some decent bread,

Gluten Free
Because I am a Ceioliac I bake a lot of cakes and pastries.I would prefer just to be able to purchase the Harvest white mix, and not the fibre mix.

Juvela please take note!
This stuff would be brilliant as it is, with additions, the only product, with additions that I can make anything that resembles bread.The downside is, the price! Totally out rageous stitch up, is after all only a processed starch and I KNOW that it is a simple easy process.Juvela has been ripping off the NHS and general public for years. Time to stop! ?
