It will link to a pc, but only wired or local WiFi. If you leave the house it will be no longer connected

Is there any way to view sleep details on the watch please??

Yes, it gives sleep time and amount of time spent in different stages of sleep - deep, light, REM and awake aswell as movement. No idea how it works or how accurate it is but I find it useful!
