Best value, year supply and the only one i found thats one a day (so many others are 3 a day when you zoom in on the back of the bottle in amazon pics). The tablets are pretty big, nearly a inch, but so what, they're not exactly a golf ball. In my hours of research i haven't found any that are small (even the 3 a day ones) so these tablets obviously have a lot of importat stuff in! Chug it down with a mouth full of water (best taking tablets at night as they're easier to swallow) as they are SO WORTH IT. Plus, its a YEAR supply for under £20 After years of pub work I've been diagnosed with golfers elbow, its been getting worse over 3 months to the point the pain wakes me up, numb fingers etc. I'm terrified of needles (was suggested steroid injections) so i found these and bought on a whim. Its been 19 days taking them every evening and oh my word!! A year of pain has eased so much. Really hope these fix the problem entirely over another month. I will take these forever now, we're all getting older every day so we should look after our bodies as much as we can and your joints and muscles are essential! UPDATE 5 months later now in May (time goes so quick😬) and elbow problem has 90% disappeared. Will take these forever, really helped my joints. Religiously take them every day

I've been taking the 500mg dosage for several years now, and I can honestly say that it has made a noticeable difference; I rarely experience significant pain in my knee. Of course, it can flare up after excessive exertion, but overall, the glucosamine has been a reliable support. Good fast delivery works well good purchase

This is a great supplement set that’s great value, works well and looks simple. It comes in a plain white container with labelling that has the pills securely packaged so nothing was broken or damaged on arrival. In this set you get 365 tablets, 1 tablet per serving for 1500mg. So far since purchasing I have definitely noticed an improvement in pain in my knee joint, they have been working really well for me, especially with them being vegan (this was the main reason for purchase of this brand). The only downfall of this product is that it is so big! I regularly have to snap these in half so that they don’t get caught at the back of my throat, however this is a really minor issue and I would happily keep buying this product. Overall I’m really pleased with this item, especially for the price (currently £18.99 at time of purchase) and would definitely recommend it.

I ordered this product because I have joint issues and chronic pain. It’s well documented that glucosamine is excellent for joint issues and protection of the joints. I use an excellent glucosamine ointment tropically which I find helps target specific areas of pain, but I thought by taking regular amounts of it, it should help my skeletal issues through out my whole body. My hope is it will reduce my pain issues so I can hopefully reduce my pain medication. As I’ve only just received this, I cannot score it on its pain relief side of things. I’m not sure how many doses you would need to take to generally be in your system having a positive effect. The reason I’m writing this review is I’m delighted with price of the product, specially due to the quality and dosage. The seller is also excellent and I received it the same time span as if I’d ordered it on Prime, which I’m very impressed with. With any degenerative/bone issues there isn’t a cure but if this has a positive effect as the ointment I use, I will be extremely happy. Having a years supply is excellent, because it’s so much more economical and I don’t have to think about it running out.

A recent Xray showed the onset of Osteoarthritis in my right knee joint.i am 49. I had sought advice from my GP as the pain was so severe it was causing both restricted sleep and daily living. During my working day I had taken to wearing a supportive knee brace in an attempt to reduce the pain and was taking daily pain medication to the maximum dose. I am otherwise in good health, of good weight and follow a plant based diet. After a month of taking these I no longer have any pain at all. I would absolutely recommend. They are outstanding value for money and in my case have changed my life. My GP advised that if after 3 months use you do not notice a difference. You are potentially wasting your money continuing with a supplement such as this. In my case the difference was rapid.

It is worth for money.

Been using these tablets over a few years now and even recommended to my sister and after two months she's now noticing a difference in her arthritic knee. Glucosamine helps repair bone damage especially in arthritus, Tumeric which I also take is an antiflammatory. I know it works for some and not others but the main advice I can give is ensure you take the correct daily dosage, it's so easy to take a lower level dosage and then say they don't work for me.
