This is a year supply of omega 3 and considering the amount I can have these for a whole year which is really good because I don't have to bother replenishing the stock. What I like the most about them is that I can easily swallow them considering they are quite soft and they look like this as you can see in the pictures because I keep them in the fridge. I am very pleased with this product and this is why I am recommending it.

I have been using Nu U Nutrition products for over a year now and I am 100% satisfied with every single product. I used to use products from another company which I won't name but I wasn't pleased with the results so I decided I would give Nu U Nutrition a shot and can't be more pleased with them. This product "Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000mg" is absolutely great. Value for money, Packaging and knowing it's made here in the UK by a UK company just makes it better. As someone who doesn't get as much time to consume all the nutrients I want, Nu U Nutrition helps out with their products and I can safely say they have helped me a lot. Now, don't get me wrong, you won't feel any difference straight away, as that's just unrealistic for any product that you consume, but over time you will notice that you feel healthier, skin feels better and you have more energy to get more things complete throughout the day. Personally for me, it helps tremendously as I get to complete so much work without the worry of losing energy and still have left over energy to just kick back and relax.
