Really are the easiest Glucosmine tablets to swallow, and I have tried quite a lot over the last 20years

We have pet dogs and cats and a chain and a latch on our entrance gate. Unfortunately the delivery driver claimed they handed the delivery to the householder. This is not true as I was in all day, no-one came to the door much less handed me a delivery. Even worse than this dishonest claim, the top chain was replaced but the gate was not latched. Without the latch secured the dogs can easily push through straight out into a busy main busy road. Mind you the driver did hang a plastic bag with my delivery contained within. Not a happy customer.

These are brilliant and work. I have bad hips and like walking a lot.. I was in a lot of pain. After about 3 weeks of taking these my pain went. They definitely alleviate pain. Easy to swallow. Good strength. Highly recommend.

These Simply Supplements 500mg Glucosamine Sulphate tablets seem to be the genuine article, effective as usual, the optimum size dose and in standard capsules. We all have different tolerances and needs, so it is worth choosing the dose to balance effectiveness against economy. I’ve been taking one tablet a day for a few weeks now, and my usual pains have not returned so these are effective. For the last three decades I’ve been using a combination of Glucosamine Sulphate, Omega3 oils and regular mobility enhancing exercise to mitigate the osteoarthritis in my lower back, knees and ankles – not running. My usual daily dose of Glucosamine Sulphate is 500mg and I can exist for up to three or four days without it before the pain returns, but I’ve found that for me the 250mg often found in combination tablets is marginal, and 1000mg is wasted. I always look for cheapest possible bargain offers in the supermarkets and all seem to work as well as each other.
