Good price and good product.

I put one of these in my Rio 125 because I;d got a bit lazy with maintenance and wanted to get back on track. I put it in at the same time as a water change. When the lights came on a few hours later I was amazed! I didn't expect such a result in such a short time. The water is crystal clear. Well worth buying. I will be using this all the time now.

Looks good and is very neat. Only lasts 2 months which makes it a little expensive compared to the usual media. No more to say.

This is an optional filter media which replaces the black carbon sponge. It does a good job judging by how active and healthy my fish appear. I mainly got it as you can buy carbon & zeolite granules in bulk to refill the box rather than pay out for the expensive juwel sponges. Saves money and keeps the tanins and toxins out of the water. I also noticed a bit of a reduction in the classic aquarium smell from the water.

Juwel products cheaper on here than in major outlets, I choose always to buy Juwel brands, not copies as I know I can trust them. It only took 12 months but have found out that by syphoning the bottom of my 'fixed' filter housing, reduces the amount of water removed/replaced each change!

My tank has always been crystal clear ,after adding some new wood I had tannins,although fine for the fish it left the water with a yellow tea colour. I replaced my carbon sponge with this and within 24hrs my water was crystal clear again. Great product and easy to use in the plastic case.quick rinse and pop in filter

This really made a difference to my water quality it’s a lot cleaner and clearer I would definitely recommend it.
