The product they send you to replace the back piece of the phone is outstanding. Matches very well to the original. With that being said, the product and the tools it comes with does not reflect on how challenging it is to change the back piece. The way iPhones are made it is practically impossible to get every piece of glass off without denting the metal that holds everything together. You have to make time and have patience if this is your first time doing this. I don’t recommend it for someone that doesn’t have patience. It was tedious and takes a lot of focus to not scratch existing parts. Used all of the tools, the exacto knife was ruined by the end. Had to file the small metal prying tool so it could fit between the glass and the metal. Other tools I used consisted of toe nail clipping tool to break off some of the glass.Like I said, the product closely resembles the original. The tools work for this project. Just might need some extra tools for more challenging areas.I’m very happy with the results! 😊 I would’ve spent $130 on fixing my phone.

Good quality glass next to oem

I spent about 4 hours removing the glass from my iPhone. The videos I watched made it look so easy. The broken glass in the videos came off in huge chunks and barely had any adhesive. That was not my case. The individual that glued the glass to the back or my phone must have been obsessed with glue. They used so much glue that I was scraping for hours and all the glass came off in dust. Now, that is no fault of the seller of this product.As for the tools…The tools are just ok. They may actually work if there is very little adhesive holding the back glass on. I ended up using some tools around my house that worked much better combined with a little heat from a heat gun. I made so little progress with the scraper in this kit that I felt like an inmate trying to escape by digging my way through 20 yards of reinforced concrete using their dinner spoon.After hours of scraping glass, I was so excited to get the new glass in place. I peeled the paper away from the adhesive, applied the glass to the phone, and applied the slightest pressure only to have it shatter. All I was attempting to do was make sure the glass was making contact before using the included rubber bands.Hours of work only to be in the same place I was hours ago. Well, actually I’m in a far worse place. I am sore, tired, out several hours of my time, out the money spent on this, and still have broken glass.

The product may be good but Do not try to do it at home even if you got the skill and the tools you’ll most likely will have to buy a new iPhone after good luck

Very complete set of ok tools. Helpful direction to look at YouTube for a video. The glass piece looked decent, but chipped near the camera while it was inside a wallet case.

Back glass looks and fits greatTedious task to remove the old broken back glassMissing the most important and effective tool which is needed to first break/shatter the old glass and scrape away the broken fragments. Luckily I had the tool from a prior attempt. I found the blade that was provided to flimsy.
