The swivel rocker barely rotates making the clamp practically useless. On principle, I did not want to pay a return fee so I called Amazon Customer Service. The associate kept telling me that he was going to do me a favor by allowing me to return the clamp for free but he needed to check some things first! I should have paid the return charge as it would have saved me from 10 minutes with that obnoxious man.

These clamps are cheap Chinese junk. I know everything now is manufactured overseas, but I was hoping a name like Bessey would hold all of their products to a minimum standard. Upon first inspection, the paint is carelessly painted on, which isn't really that big of a deal to me. The real issue arose when I tried using them, as the pivot mechanism sticks under tension. It should rock freely, however it does not; making it diffiicult to allign the clamp and t-stud. On top of that, one of the clamps wouldn't allow the stud to pass through the hole. If they worked properly I would have just reamed out the hole, but given all the issues I decided to cut my loses and send them back. Bessey's adjustable C-clamps are excellent. I just wish they ensured these were manufactured in the same manner.
